Dear sir,
My name is Sudeesh P, and i am from Kerala. In my higher secondary certificate my name is misspelled as "Sudheesh" instead of Sudeesh, as a result of which the same mistake has happened in my degree mark sheet and provisional pass certificate also, since the Calicut university from where i got the degree take in the consideration the details mentioned in higher secondary certificate. Now, now when i applied for the degree final certificate they refused to give it to me stating that there is a mismatch in the way my name is spelled in 10th certificate and higher secondary certificate. I got my degree at 2008, please do advise me of the possible legal measures i can adopt to get it fixed. I am trying for govt jobs, and am really worried if would face problems at the time of certificate verification. I got all the details with me including hall tickets of every examination from 10 th std to degree final year, TC and conduct certificate from college. In the hall tickets my name is correctly spelled as "Sudeesh". I have got a letter from the school where i completed my higher secondary validating my claim. I also have all the other identity proofs like Pan card, Election Card, Passport, Adhar card, and Driving License. And no where else my name is misspelled other than the higher secondary and degree certificates.

IS IT MANDATORY TO GET REGISTRATION INSTEAD OF PUBLIC NOTARY IN CASE OF A PARTNER OF PARTNERSHIP FIRM WILL GIVE A POWER OF ATTORNEY TO THIRD PARTY TO DO ALL ACTS ON BEHALF OF HIM EXCEPT PROPERTY REGISTRATION ?

I paid money to a bank for property at an auction. I am told I will not get a sale deed but only a certificate of sale to be registered. I am apprehensive that that are not willing to give ma a sale deed. what should I do? thanks

i have a query
a man had a four house and in the year 1979 and his house was in a very bad condition almost nearly to demolish but one muslim guy helped him in a finance to renovate the same house and the said old man given out of that four house two house to the said muslim guy for forever in the year 1979 only as he helped him for the finance and the same was written on a plain normal piece of paper now both the man wants wants to make a legal document for the same which document both of them can make pls guide

The Original certified copy of Probate is lost and the will was made in the year 1933 in the high court of Calcutta but the photocopy of the will and the certified copy of the probate is with me, now if I want to dispose the property mentioned in the probate I have to procure a duplicate of the original version, but I do not know how and from where can I procure the same please help.

I have a two wheeler motorcycle license (100 cc) from maharashtra.
I now live in Karnatake and want to get a car license.
Is it ok if i apply for a separate license for car in karnataka? I dont want to add the vehicle to my existing motorcycle license as it would be a long process.
Is it legal to hold two license documents for two separate class of vehicles?
