Alias names in indian passports

Hello,

My mother's name is Mrs. Sujata P. Murkar, Her maiden name was 'Shoshanna'. Her first passport was made before her marriage and so there were no problems. After her marriage, her name was changed and her passport had the name as Mrs. Sujata P. Murkar - her maiden name was not added. Now she wishes to add her maiden name to her passport as an alias. We would like to know whether there is any procedure to do so and how to accomplish it.

Release of rights on property before registration

husband & wife bought an under-construction property in joint name. loan for it is also taken in the joint name. Till now the property is not registered and agreement of sale between the parties is also in couples joint name. But now they are separating on mutual terms. So, one person wants to relinquish his/her rights to the property.

What is the best possible way of doing it without doing registration of property in joint name?
They want the property to be registered in single owner's name to avoid any
future hassles.

Will a release deed from one co-owner be valid/legally acceptable is this case?
since only sale agreement has happened but registration in joint name has not
happened.

Documents required when women applying for passport for first time after marriage

Dear Sir,

My wife want to apply for the passport for the first time after our marriage.

1) All my wife's college certificates are having her father's surname(old maiden name).

2) Where as after marriage, we have got her name mentioned in Ration Card,Election Card ,Aadhaar Card and in all documents including our children birth certificates & children school records with NEW surname.

Hence there is only a change of surname.

I need guidance/clarification for the following:

1) As we are not having marriage certificate, I want my wife's Passport to be issued with NEW surname. Whether only Annexure D is sufficient ?

2) For date of birth, as her SSC board certificate is shown with her maiden name(old surname),whether same annexure D is sufficient?

Can any body please help.

regards,
