Hi

I have a two wheeler motorcycle license (100 cc) from maharashtra.
I now live in Karnatake and want to get a car license.
Is it ok if i apply for a separate license for car in karnataka? I dont want to add the vehicle to my existing motorcycle license as it would be a long process.
Is it legal to hold two license documents for two separate class of vehicles?

You should get new category of vehicle added in your DL simultaneously get it transferred to your new place of residence.
