Hello,
One of my friend wants to take birth certificate from the corporation but there is one problem. The problem is the child was adopted during her childhood but no adoption deed was made at that time. Further the name written on the birth certificate is of the real father but she wants the certificate in the name of her father who has adopted her. Now the problem is the father who has adopted her is no more and the corporation officer is not allowing her to issue birth certificate without adoption deed even though she is having all the other statutory documents like Aadhar Card, Licence, Bank Account Name, Pan Card on the name of the father who has adopted her. Can anyone please suggest the procedure for getting Birth Certificate from the Corporation

Sir
My uncle purchased a shop situated on collectors land few years back and he is third party in the chain of resale, A photopass was being issued to first party by tahsil for his hut, later the aforesaid premise was used for commrcial purpose by fullfilling all licensing procdure by second party, then my uncle purchased it and is doing business therein, few days back the photopass is being misplaced and cannot be found, so he went to police station to file a complaint for misplaced copy but was unsuccessful saying that the complaint should be done by first party as photopass was on his name. As now he is only having rent recipt of photopass paid to revenue office and the agreement papers how should he go about getting duplicate copy of photopass?
please suggest

Hi, I have registered the land. But in the Sale deed, the boundaries are mentioned wrongly. The East and West Details are interchanged. How serious is this error? Should I get a rectification deed done? What will be the cost for this?

my father expired on 10/04/2006 he owns a house property which is acquired by him.He died without writing any will, The house property is a self acquired property of my father. we are three sons and one daughter for my father.MY mother and ourself 4 (3male and 1 female)children are the legal heirs of the property.my fathers last wish is to give away his self acquired property to his second son, and for that reason we all other legal heirs dont have any objection. we want to transfer the property in the name of my brother according to my fathers last wish by executing gift deed in favour of my brother.
my question is what is the format of the gift deed and ,is the gift deed should get registered in the register office or not.what is the cheapest method of transfering the property (house) in favour of my brother.whether notary is enough for the gift deed document.by submitting gift deed document( with notary) and declaration by all of us(other legal heirs ) in the muncipal office can the property be changed in to the name of my brother (one of the legal heir). at present we are paying muncipal taxes inthe name of our deceased father itself.
My Mother in law is planning to file a case on my father in law for separation and compensation.
Actually she is planning to marry another guy.SO we are interested in giving any money to her.
My father in law has two flats on his name. He has two sons. one son is married and has one girl kid the other son is not married and not employed also.
In such a case if my father in law files a gift deed or will deed whether our property can be saved

My brother purchased a plot in a unapproved delhi colony which is now approved by Delhi Govt. The purchase was done approx. 6-7 years ago. I presume that the document was also not registered.
Now the plot is under illegal occupation of some person who has done some construction on that plot.
we want to claim that plot legally and secure the possession.
How to secure property document and what is procedure to evacuate the illegal occupant.
