Registered deed

Hi, I have registered the land. But in the Sale deed, the boundaries are mentioned wrongly. The East and West Details are interchanged. How serious is this error? Should I get a rectification deed done? What will be the cost for this?

This is a serious error which is required to be rectified by way of a Rectification deed duly registered with the same regsitrar.

You have to file Rectification Deed... The charges will be less.. Contact the Sub Regsitrar and he will inform you the charges also.
