Can any body tell me how to legally document the arrangement of receipt ( before home loan ,from other sources of buyer) on sale of house property and payment back of amount on receipt of cheque in the name of property seller from bank after sanction of housing loan.. I hope my query is clear.. Thanx & regards.

Dear Friends,
One of my clients had given Rs. 5 Lacs advance to a builder (as a booking amt for a flat) in the year 2010. Since builder was a close friend of my client, they did not enter into any legal documents.
Later on, in the year 2013, due to some disputes, builder cancelled the orally agreed terms of sale of flat, and paid Rs. 10 Lacs to the client in good faith.
All these receipts & payments were done through Bank.
Capital gain tax will gets attracted on this transaction (Relinquishment of Rights). However, my client has immediately invested the amount in new house, so as to get exemption from capital gain tax.
Now my question is - will there be any problem in claiming exemption - since the parties did not have any legal documentation (on paper) for this case?
What are the ways to avoid any future litigations / queries from tax department?
Please guide with the best possible solution.

I would like to know from experts-:
Can I (as individual) serve the legal notice to another person/agency or only Lawyer can serve the notice?
Do I need lawyer to serve the notice?

The below is my case.
Location : Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh
-From HMDA a person has taken 260.
-The person sold his property to second person.
-The second person spitted into two portions 110,150 respectively.
-I have taken 110 sq yards from second person .
-Second person given me only one link document which describes that 110 sq yards out of 260 was sold to me.
When I asked about first link document ,He told it will belongs to the other purchaser since his portion is major(150 yards)
Note: I have done my registration for this 110 yards also.
Please suggest me ,Is there any chances to exist problems in future if I don't have first link document?

I have purchased new house in Hyderabad and registration done on 20RS bond paper along with stamp duty and got the sale deed from the sub register.
Can you give some suggestion on the below doubts.
- Is 20Rs bond paper is valid for registration?
- Is there any negative issues in case of any disputes?

I filed a complaint at Consumer forum from my resided address. The case is pending before forum for decision and OPs are already set exparte, i have to file my Written Arguments in next hearing..... In this situation i have shifted my residence to a nearby new address within the jurisdiction of the forum recently.... now, my questions are
1. May i submit this change of address to forum in the form of A MEMO?
2. Should i file it as a CMP (petition affidavit) so that it will be served to exparte for their information/records?.
3. Kindly consider the above said same 2 questions IN CASE OF A CIVIL SUIT I FILED BEFORE A CIVIL COURT AS PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANTS BEEN ATTENDING THE COURT .....please give your advise for submission of change address of plaintiff in this case also.
4. should i mention under what section im filing ( Order Rule of CPC).. if so pls indicate.
5. Kindly indicate in case any standard format / proforma is available for this purpose.
6. any other views /advise pls

My wife wants to apply for new passport. all her documents like PAN Card, Voter's Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License,Ration card are in name : "KIRAN SONI" whereas her school certificate is in name :"KIRAN KUMARI JAJU".
Please advise whether Only Annexure D will be sufficient or Annexure E is also required for Change in Name. If Annexure E is required, whether clause nos 1 & 3 are applicable and how these 3 will be filled up.
