I own a flat ... Got possession in 2008 and also got possession letter same day . My property is registered also . It's a deed of conveyance . And we thought all papers are ok.
few days back we applied for home renovation loan ... And was told they need maps .. Approved maps .. By authority ... We came to know that certificate of occupancy is missing and when asked... Builder representative replied .. He need 50000/- for that ... Without any receipt or record ...
what to do now can anyone suggest plz ... Help me as I tried to learn there is Punjab apartment act 1995 which says it is necessary to give OC before possession ...

Please tell me the procedure as to how and from where should I get my advocates Identity card issued by Bar council of Delhi be renewed ? I got enrolled in the year 2008 and it got expired in 2013.So Is there any late renewal fee in getting it renewed.And will this lapsed year in which I could not get my I card renewed will be included after renewal? Please sir,kindly answer in detail.I will be very thankful to you.

Dear sir,
Referring to my earlier query in this regard I wish to know that is creating a Leave and License agreement valid under UP Urban Buildings ACT 1972? What are the sections which describe the eviction of tenant from the premises in case of default. As per a cursory glance, the above mentioned ACT does not mention about Leave and License agreement , it only mentions about Rent agreement. Kindly solve my query

myself bought a DC converted site in bangalore through a registered sale deed in 2001 and paid up-to-date taxes to concerned departments.
the seller had converted land from agriculture use to residential use for 'A' place and unapproved layout plan made mentioning 'B' place. i do not know whether it was intentional. In my sale deed schedule it is mentioned 'B' place but the conversion order number is mentioned in the sale deed.
problem arose when i wanted to build my house the seller son stopped and asked me to build my house in 'B' place which is non exisent.
an advice will be grateful.

my friend giving some of Rs.30,000/- to his friend for business in Medicine purposes for two months, so what kind of benefit my friend take in lieu of giving money whether he can take benefit in cash or take free of cost medicine as profit for giving money.......... he also giving PDC Cheque in lieu of money ......... so which types of documents my friend require to ensure to avoid dispute in future.

Religion change
Hello Sir,
My friend is changing his religion from Hindu to Muslim.
He is going to apply for Bank exams. He need community certificate. Now he has OBC certificate. Generally Muslims also belongs to OBC .
So is it possible for him to get new community certificate ? Or can you please explain us the procedure.
