dear Sir,
We had entered into an agreement with security agency for one year , now before expiry of agreement we terminate the agreement intimating them that we dont require services, now one year has passed , can that agency take any legal action after the expiry of agreement period for any clauses in to the agreement.

Respected Sir, I have changed my name by adding surname as Puranmal Verma in place of Puranmal by affirmation of oath on affidavit in court and publishing same in Times of India newspaper. Now I wanted to amendmend my name (Father's name)in my sons's Birth Certificate new name as Puranmal Verma in place of Puranmal. My son's DOB is 10 Sep 1997 and birth certificate was issued on 27 Jun 2009 by Registrar Birth & Death. I have applied also for the same to issuing authority, but my file returned without amendment by stating as "any amendment could not be done on basis of late entries of registration of birth as per para 11 of Haryana Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2002". But no such provisions are stated in Manual of Civil Registration System,Haryana. In this regards I have sent online query & email also to Public Grievances portal (HARSAMADHAN)Haryana Govt official website, also intimating to State Nodal Officer and Registrar Birth,death & Civil Surgeon Rewari Haryana on 27 Mar 15. But till today no reply is received. Now mismatch of father’s name in birth certificate is becoming obstacles in admission of professional universities, procuring passport and other Governments procedures as a formost and mandatory document. Now It is my humble request to advise me on this matter to solved my problem.

a person has certain amount of money in his account and also a property in his name.he left with his wife and three sons as soon as he died.the bank requested them to submit legal heir certificate so as to claim his money and also they are in need of another legal heir certificate to transfer the property in their name.now my question is shall they apply for two legal heir certificate?

My brother-in-law, a retired AP State Govt. employee expired at Hyderabad in 2011. He is having a house plot at Vizianagaram (presently a district headquarters in Andhra Pradesh) and some investments in mutual funds. His wife and son are residing at Hyderabad. Now, they want to get Legal Heir Certificate. Where they have to apply for legal heir certificate?. Please let me know the procedure and place where to approach?.

I want to open an on-line store of Ethnic Apparels, which will accept the online payment transactions also. At present i don't have any form of business set up. I live in Jharkhand State. My wife is working in a PSU of MP government. She has appointed 7 years ago in SC category. My wife was bourn in MP however her father belongs to UP State and migrated from UP therefore the caste certificate of my wife is of UP State.
At the time of appointment in PSU of Mp Govt my wife has given the caste certificate of UP, which were accepted at that time. Now after seven years at the time of promotion, the responsible officers of PSU are refuse to accept this certificate and told that it can not be entertained for employment in MP Govt services. Further my wife has birth certificate of MP but due to the migration of her father she can not opt the caste certificate of MP. It is also important to mention that the advertisement of appointment required only caste certificate with domicile certificate of MP.
Can the appointment of my wife cancelled? what is the status of reserve category person whose parents were migrated before his birth.

x (indian company) has signed an agreement with a german company for 10 years. stating that it will use its technology and x company will pay royality of USD 2000 per anumn for the same. Suddenly x company feels that the technology will not work in indian market and wants to cancel the agreement. is it possible ? and what is the procedure agreement is already signed

Old door no. on encumberance certificate
Sir,
I had carried partition of our parental building with my brother (only two of us are heirs) as schedule A and Schedule B. Subsequently, my brother got a separate door no. from the Municipality Authorities whereas I got the old Door No. to continue with.
And then he sold off his part. However, the Encumberance Certificate of my brother part is still showing the old door no. with subscript #2 and also my street name. Whereas his part is having its own street (back side street as our building runs across the streets).
So, what are the implications of such situation. Please clarify them.
