I am preparing for civil service exam. My family belongs to UP(Uttar Pradesh) and I was born there. Since I was 2.5 years old, we settled in Delhi. I did my schooling in delhi. Now I am in Bangalore since 2009.
Now my question is, where should I apply for certification means in Bangalore /UP/Delhi ?
I will use my Xth certificate for date of birth, which I did in Delhi.
I am asking this question because, one person had raised the similar point as his certificate was rejected by UPSC. Below is the URL for the same.

1)With unregistered document I had found that Person ABC made with the help of SDO Mutation Entry having registration number 2047 of Year 1998 .Person ABC had transferred one land XX on his name( 7/12 ) and other land he tried for transfer but not transferred land YY (Government Right to transfer ) due to permission required from collector office & commissioner office..
2) When I had visited Registration office registration number 2047 year 1998 is different person name and different property and checked record till 1989 to 1999 his name not found in registration office.
3) For Claiming Right of Property on both XX and YY land of Person ABC what document should I ask because Mutation Entry confirmed Ownership?
4) Can this unregistered document help him to confirming ownership and possession of land.
5) Now 12 year passed now he is considered ownership and Land owner not claimed this property .Which law is applicable for land grabbing in Maharashtra.
6) Approving Mutation Entry is job of SDO this base will save Person ABC for not having criminal complaint against him

I am a freelancer grain broker carrying out business of commission agent (Grain) and he dont have any formal shop or office for business. He just took order from customers and place order to merchants for delivery to customer the goods. Now I wants to introduce my brother in his business with formal partnership and want to carry business in name of partnership but, problem is that we dont have formal shop or office. Pleaae advise whether we can use some other merchants office / shop address by using "care of" word for preparing partnership deed and registration of partnership? Please also advise me if any other alternative available. I hope urgent attention or reply to my query as i am in a urgency to take a decision

Does Income Tax Return filled considered admissible evidence as per evidence act 1872 in any Civil or Criminal Case Proceedings ?
If yes, Please suggest any supportive case law or Section.

Dear Learned Experts,
The query is that whether registering a leave & license agreement compulsory in India in the following case:
I have a commercial premise in Mumbai which I want to give on leave & license basis for 3 years at a monthly license fee of Rs.50000/-, Deposit amt to be Rs.NIL. Thus according to new stamp duty rates, the amt will be Rs.4,500 (@ 0.25%) & registration fees will be Rs.1000. (this fig. calculated by me on igrmaharashtra website)
Now is it that registration & payment of duty both are compulsory for me? Kindly give your reply as per the Registration Act & Stamp duty Act.
Also if I make a Leave & License agreement on Rs.100 non judicial stamp paper & register the agreement with the authorities by paying only the registration fees of Rs.1000. Will it be fine?
Please comment your valuable advice.

I have recently read in the newspapers that Maharashtra govt. has reduced the stamp duty / registration charges for transfer of property to close family relations. Is it true? Also , can this reduced duty / fee be availed of ishan I make a gift deed to my children ? If not , then how can this reduction be availed of , if I want to transfer my property to children , during my lifetime ?

medico legal post mortem of one of my office superior's dead body is done in govt medical college.the original certificate is submitted
in airport while transporting the body.now this certificate in original is further required for other legal matters.duplicate
