1.Is there is necessary to reply within time mentioned (30 days) in the notice received ?
2.Can we request the opposite adv that we require some more days (add 25 days) to reply due to defendent Busy and not in town right now?
and give reply within additional time requested?
3. Is answerring within additional time is valid in court of law as all proof available with defendent.

Recently I tried to open a demat and trading account with icici bank. For that I applied online. Then an ICICI customer care staff called me and he told that another person in my area would contact me. As such another icici staff met me in person and made me to sign account opening form including a power of attorny. He told me that account will be opened within 7 days. But even after 10 days no email came from icici bank.so I contacted the person and he replied that the pan card copy that I have given is not clear. So my question is how can I cancel that POA/receive it back?

I submitted my original partition deed in court,when i ask my lawyer he is delaying lot to get those papers from coart?
How can i apply for those paper myself,get within short period?

My brother was having lic he is dead and the nominee was his daughter and she is minor and legal heir is his wife but now they are divorced legal but nominee was not change and the child is with her so do she have right to claim.
I m his brother do I can claim the lic money please suggest me what to do.

sir, myself has made an agreement with a company on February 2015 for making a products design and automation . and have made an agreement on 100rs stamp paper clearly stating all facts regarding payment time bound completion etc .the company agreed to complete the product with in 3months and we agreed to pay money according to the stages of project completion . even though not much stages is completed we have made 80 percent of the payment on my personal risk .the director of the company make use of this chance and is not doing the job as per the agreement and is lagging the project for last 1.5years without any major development . now after taking money from me he is saying the money is short and he cannot do the job .he is clearly violating all facts that we have made and cheating us kindly kelp on this matter
