Sale of immovable property of the diseased

I am buying a property of a diseased female survived by two sons. One son has two minor daughters other son has one major son. Which documents are mandatory to purchase this flat in a apartment.

Co-op housing society membership

My Late grandfather died without a will leaving behind a flat in a co-op hsg in mumbai. As per the society records the share certificate is still in his name. My father and uncles are also no more. Now we cousins [4 cousins] wants to be the co-owners of the said flat and apply for the membership. However as per the society's information only one of us can me a member whose name will be appeared first and rest 3 will be associate member. Society has also informed that all the society's official communication will be done to the member whose name will be first in the share certificate. what undue advantages the member can take in this scenario. Can he sell the flat or nominate other person without consulting other 3 brothers. What are the remedies [Documentations] for the other 3 brothers so that said flat can be divided among all 4 equally without any dispute.

NOC FOR VEHICLE ABOVE 15 YEARS

I have my personal car( petrol driven with Delhi registration) which I like to take outside Delhi to some other state because, not permitted to run being above 15 years of its original registration. Will you please guide me whether I am eligible to get it or not? The date of original registration of vehicle was on 15 Dec 1999.

Bank asks to submit original documents along with housing loan application

SBI asks to submit all original documents including title deed along with housing loan application in the branch office. They told me that they can't even process my application without submitting original documents. So, should I receive acknowledgement for the same? If yes, any specific format for the same? or Just an acknowledgement specifying document names in bank letterhead is enough? Any rules regarding banks issuing receipts to customers while receiving original documents?

Issue of certificate with original/alias name

Dear Sir,

My Mother aged about 83 years old and she is having agriculural land of about 4 acres in a village, which is situated at pudukottai district of tamilnadu. The above land has been come from his mother in the year 1955.

After my mother marriage she has been settled in Chennai for more than 60 years. Actually my mother actual name is Sornambal and the entire documents like - aadhaar card, bank pass book, pension pay order, ration card, are in the name except in Agriculural land patta it is mentioned as Sournathuammal. Now my mother want to sell the above property to the person who is looking after her agricultural land for around 60 daysat a meagre price. The registration department in Keeranur, Pudukottai District is refuse to register the document for want of certificate mentioning that Sornambal alias Sournathuammal are one and the same " to be issued from Chennai Guindy Taulk Office (since except patta of agriculutral land all other documents are in the name of Sornambal.

My Mother is having only Original Patta of Agricultural Land. I have went to the Tahasildar Office and applied petition for issue of the above Certificate. In turn, they have refused to the issue the same. Is their any alternative way to resolve the issue. Kindly guide me in this regard and oblige.

For Registration of Lease deed

Sir,

The period of the lease deed is over and lesor and lessee want to extend the further lease mutually by extending lock in period and lease rent.

Earlier lease deed was registered. Now for extension of this lease, we have to register this new lease deed before registrar or we can make one simple addendum and take a sign of both the parties.

Wrong measurement in sale deed

Dear sir, I need suggestion..

I purchased a land which is 940 sqft actual size , whereas in sale deed mentioned as 1000 sqft ...
1) Do I need to rectification
2) how much will it cost
3) will paper value go down

I don't want to get into issues in future...



Pls help
