DEAR SIR
I AM FORMING A TRUST, PLZ SUGGEST ME ABOUT THE DISSOLUTION CLAUSE. AWAITING YOUR RESPONSE, THE FOLLOWING CLAUSE IS RIGHT OR NOT, PLZ GIVE ME SUGGESTION -
"In case of dissolution agreed to by majority of the Trustees, the residual if any, in whatever from will be given to any other Charitable Trust or institution having similar objects and will in no case revert back to the Founders or their descendants or any other person. Then Trust will be controlled and managed by the Government of India or any Central Government Authority appointed by the Government. But the Trust never will be dissolved in any case. The vision and mission of the Trust, Late Shree Shiv Om Agarwal (Advocate) and its’ founders must be continued and never must be stopped."

I have applied for passport in April,2016 through an agent. Agent wrongly entered my educational qualification 5 or less in application form, although I passed my High school in 2012.When I brought this mistake in the notice of my agent,he told me that once I get the passport, i can apply for reissue and can get it rectify. I did the same and got the passport of ECR category.
Now when I applied for the reissue, APO put my file on Hold and asked me for the clarification in written that why did I suppress this information before.
Please help me, what should I do now and what should I write in my clarification to get the dispute settled.

Dear Sir/Madam,
In 2007 I have registered a document which contain correction to the previously registered document in 2004. In the correction document 2nd witness signature is missing in the last page where photos and thumb prints captured. Request you to clarify if this invalidates the Registration.

Hello every one I would like to know where do I get pahanis or documents before 1950 year in telengana .we have ancestral property of 50acres in rangareddy district .Now we r facing dispute against tenent so for that cause I need documents before 1950 that is nizam rule.I got all relevant documents after 1950.Please sujjest me where I will find documents in hyderabad

Sir/mam, I m selected at Jen post , only document verification process is remaining, but I have problem in my caste certificate,I have obc caste certificate but in document verification they want cast certificate of manufacture date 4 days before from filling form and my caste certificate have manufacture date 5 days after from filling examination from please kindly help me.

I am an employee of a bank. But I want to take home loan from other bank.. For this purpose, I have to submit NOC certificate from my employer. If the employer refuses to give NOC then can I take legal help?

My uncle (Mama) has taken 5 lakhs Rupees from my father, and due to family relationship we didn't make any documents for the same, but now he is not ready to pay money.
He has got Rs.5 stamp paper in 2005 , on his name to execut agreement for money but we didn't make.
But unfortunately we got the blank stamp paper which he has purchased on his name,
Can we write on that and execute the same and file a case ???
Will we get succeed??

hi, I am from Maharashtra, the question is, a gift deed is to be made in favour of sister-in-law by her brother-in-law as the brother is expired i.e. devar apne bhabhi ke naam ghar karna chahata hai ..bhabhi ke pati uani mere bhaisahb gujar chuke hai..can it be done?? and what will the procedure for it i.e. stamp duty and other necessary charges.. kindly help me in this regard.
