Purchase of shop

Hello dear expert! I have one query, sir a partner was retired from partnership after entering into retirement cum reconstituion of partnership deed. In this deed he got 4 shop on his name as his share for retirement, so on the basis of said deed i purchased one shop out of the siad 4 shop .now my question is what original document i should take from him after entering into sale deed pls suggest

For eg. I mean to say that if i purchased one shop i take original sale deed of all previous owner when i enter in to sale deed. So in same way what document i should take from a retiring partner , hope you understand my query pls suggest

Scope for 101 mcs certificate appeal

Sir we have been guarantor on loan for 48 lac bank has given subsequent loan of 55 lac and 118 lac while first loan(48) has been not clear bank has sanction 2 further loan with the help of borrower bank got 101 certificate under MCS act for third loan(118lac) with dummy signature of guarantor , we have been file cast in co-opertive court for first(48) and second loan(55) we have fille petition for third loan(118) in high court , but our lawyer has said we don't have any scope in high court since it is a matter of decree , now the bank harassing both the guarantor , please guide what will be best for us.( Note bank dont execute mortgage deed in the loan its only on promersiry note)

Stamp duty paid invalid by registrar

My friend had made development agreement in may 2014 and for the documents he had made payment of stamp duty and registration behalf of partnership firm, and same duty have been shown on stamp duty document in his own name, now registrar raised demand notice that stamp duty paid by partner name is invalid, it has to pay on partnership firm name, agreement made as SARITA REALTORS for MR. Ravi and stamp duty page show only MR. Ravi. So what will be the remedy to avoid the double stamp duty ?

Alternative in lieu of society letter/noc, for police verification purpose

Hello to all respected lawyers on this forum!

Sir's, I have a query here to what I seek your kind attention: -

I require Society letter/NOC from the Society for police verification purpose (at NAVI MUMBAI) to validate my stay at the place I've been living since last 11 years, but today the Chairman denied giving it demanding to pay the outstanding maintenance charges balance since last 6-7 months.

I am ready to pay it at the earliest possible, but can he blackmail me for issuing an NOC on these grounds? Where can I complain against him for an immediate action. Thanks for your valued guidance in this regard.

Also, the policeman said it's mandatory as it is stated in the list of documents given to them from higher levels. So, I want to ask will some other documents furnish to serve as credentials in place of Society letter. I possess the Registration papers, Agreement, electricity bills & maintenance receipts of the last 11 years filed up.

The Police Verification is not for passport issue purpose as I already have it. It's for entering into & working in some restricted areas of Central Govt. Organizations & hence required as per their Security norms.

registry of agriculture land

dear sir,
three of us purchase a land , and one of them have only farms certificate. according to previous land owner land can b only registered among us who have position of farmer certificate. is there any way that it can be registered three of us name. if it's registered only one of name what is the legal documents so that the agreement between us in partnership of land will b valid?
