Dear Sir/ Mam, last year I asked a question whether I can change name of my son on his birth certificate. I got a reply that it cannot be done as GR does not allow. Sir I will be admitting my child in school this year. Now, I am in a dilemma that whether the school authority will admit him with new name. I have changed the name of my son in Rajpatra. Someone suggested me to prepare adhar card of my son with his new name. Sir, I want to know that if I prepare adhar card with his new name then will I face problem in future since the name on birth certificate & other documents will differ.

My name is jayendra chunara and I work in a psu bank , i want to change my surname from chunara to GHEEWALA because majority of my family members like uncle aunt cousins have gheewala surname as per our family business and native place, now my question is , all my documents till date is in chunara surname and now I want my surname change through gazzate notified
So won't it create much problem to change surname in my all kyc and educational certificates and I belong to OBC so won't it affect my reservation status ? And at last how I may change surname after gazzate notification in my organization can they oppose or take any action against me ? Nd will my children get reservation status of obc if I get my surname changed
Kindly help me on all above points

Good Afternoon sir,
In connection to the subject, i was asked to produce the legal heir certificate to get claims of my father medical benefits which has to come from state govt.my doubt is whether to produce legal heir or family member certificate? kindly help me out in this regard.

Sir..please help me..i m 24 yrs old..i belong to sc caste of west bengal. Due to acadamic problem 8 cant make my caste certificate..but few days earlier..in my recent residence..chandigarh..i made a caste certificate from punjab..and with diff caste..but i came to know that it is not right ..so..i m worried about my future..i m preparing for govt jobs.i m not going to use my caste certificate..so tell me is there is some problem..in future for me..help

Hi All actaully i am having himachal state government sc certificate issued in 2008 and the name in certificate is without my last name and my all documents contain my last name also. Same for my father that his last name is all documents of min except sc certificate.
Can u please advise how can i apply for government job in delhi and i need to issue and central government certificate.

Caste Certificate
I belong to SC arunthathiyar caste, but I applied for the certificate in Karnataka, it got rejected. I don't know why???? Can anyone pls tell me?
