Legalities concerning overseas educational consultancy

Hi Sir/Ma'am, I have started an Educational consultancy in india. Currently, our office is situated in Kerala. We have tie ups with a few universities in the Philippines (our current destination country for student recruitment). Please advise me on any and all legal papers to be obtained for the operation of an overseas educational consultancy. Currently, we have a business permit under which we have opened the office.

Succession certifivate and lrgal heir certificate

Mrs X died on 19/11/2011, she had in her name demat account shares, balance in savaings bank account and also a property in her name. and now that is to be transmitted to her son Mr Y. She also had other sons and daughter and they are also not opposing in such transfer. please tell me the procedure to do so. such assignment is taken in hyderabad

My paternal uncle cheating me

In 2011 my paternal uncle i.e., my father's brother gave 1 lakh amount to my mom. While giving he said he is giving in our combined property which is a hotel saying that its a advance to buy our share. But in documents he has written as my mother lended money from him for our studies 1 lakh @0.50% interest st per month has to cleared by 3 years. But after 3 months he said he can't give remaining amount. As my mom lended money they dedicated 2500 per month in the amount in wich they have to pay for us since they are running hotel. Its been 6 years now. As we seems to he completed the lended money we were asking documents back he is said we have to pay 1 lakh as he got that amount from. Outside at 2.5 % interest and deducted that interest only tell now. No main amount is cleared. Should i pay 1 lakh again to him? What type of legal proceedings i can go on.?

Stamp value

Does the stamp paper value depends on lending money or rate of interest or both? How much valuation stamp paper has to be bought for lending money of 100000 @0.50% intrest per month? How much amount valuation is required for lending momey of 100000 @2.50% intrest per month?

for making of succession certificate

sir we r live in a house which is our grandmother house. when she is alive she done a will that after her death the house is of my father.

after my grandmother death, my father did not legally transfer the papers of house to his name. and my father is also expire.
so i have a query that, is my mother can claim to this property or not??

Sir Hamra ghar aptra hai wo bulider ghar dene k liye bol raha h to agreement registered tabhi karega jab ham log transit camp mai nahi rahege to Bina registration k transit camp rahna sahi h kya ya registration kar rent par rah le sir please advice me

Power of attorney

do we need the original document of the property for which power of attorney is to be granted to my uncle for sale later? because the document is in the bank. but there is no entry in the Encumberance certicate. i will preclose the loan in 3 months and my uncle can sell it

Agreement

Sir,
I was planning to sell a portion of my property 8-9 months back. The agreement with the supposed buyer end 3 months back and he give us some amount of money as token at first, now he asking for more time for registration. And now i come to know that he do the same with many other people. Now we don't want to sell it to that person. I want to know that ,if the agreement time is over should i return the money."His tone is now change in to threat".
