(Querist) 22 January 2016 This query is : Resolved
A accused committed offence u/S 307 and Atrocities act after arrest of accused bail rejected by sessions court. Successive bail petitions filed buy same rejected. We had move to Hon' ble Aurangabad High Court, but same withdraws. What I do? Can I file fresh bail petitions before sessions judge. Investigation almost over and charge sheet filed, matter commit to the Sessions court

Since sessions court has rejected the bail application many time, it is advisable to try your luck in high court.
Since charge sheet is filed there is chance that high court may allow the bail petition.

Try bail from high court.
