Dear sir, I have purchase a House on 15/09/2013 with some tenants. All the tenants not to give any Rent Since 2004 to Previous Land Lord which house is I purchase and I given them a letter of atonement to Tenant by regd. Post with acknowledgement but they refused to received the same ? What Next Step in this regard or Can I prove him illegal occupier if yes then what step taken to show him illegal occupier

File a suit for eviction on the ground of default of payment of rent and for bona fide need, if you have any.

Eviction petition (on the basis of non-payment of rent or bonafide requirement as the case may be) is required to be filed after serving a legal notice through local lawyer.
