Arya samaj marriage + court marriage with the same girl

Hi all,
My name is arun. Mine was a intercaste marriage with a girl around 10 months ago. we were living in our parents house from then. after that i tried to regester my marriage at court but there is a problem our parents dont know about this and the staffs at marriage registration office of our city is telling that in case of arya samaj registration they will send the copies of our certificate to the police station for the verification and once after the +ve verification only they can issue a proper certificate of our marriage.

My questions are
1. can i do a court marriage with my wife w/o informing that i am already married at arya samaj 10 months ago. will that b legal.
2. is there is any way that i can get my marriage registered without police verification.
please help me out.

Procedure is simple and it is regd. within 30 days without police verification.For detail cont. on my mb.

Don't bring Arya Samaj Marriage Certificate in picture and you can register your marriage within 30 days at the registrar office.
They display the same on the notice board and don't send any verification letter to home,
Some low level employee is trying to make money it seems.

I fully endorse the views of Shonee, You personally meet the Registrar and make complaint of the concerned employees. You have no need to tell the earlier certificate and should confine to the newer registration of your marriage.

Also, in one state particularly, the HC has stated that Arya Samaj Marriages would be termed legal only if the guardian/ parent has signed it.

I do not agree with advise of Learned Friends that You should conceal your previous marriage and remarry again. Such an advise is contrary to law and legal ethics. However it may a Short Cut but not advisable.
Marriage is actually an Open declaration towards the rest of world that you both decided to live together as a couple. That's Why we beat drums and do Bhangara on Road at the time of Marriage. WE collect all the near and dears offer them a good hostage.
Unfortunately you missed all but you are again missing the opportunity. Just let the police come to your home, before they come, You beat a drum in your locality about your marriage. You start to celebrate it from today. You give surprise to parents to both . Call them to a nice hotel and declare it there all of sudden.
Please do not pass life. It is for once and celebrate it.

Thanks a lot to all of you for your advices.. I will again visit the registar of marriage to the marriage registration. once it is done we both will tell our parents about our marriage.

I am not asking to conceal the previous marriage. I am just saying don't mention the same.
A and B gets married in religious way but want to register their marriage in SMA, they don't have to declare the previous marriage.
