Is it mandatory to to the lower court when we have already anti cipatory bail of accused?

_if no then pls provide me the latest Judgements of HC as well as SC.

Yes but in case you want to know that whether it is mandatory to appear before the lower after getting the anticipatory bail, then the answer is yes.

I assume that ur question whether the accused after getting AB, to appear before the magistrate.
If ur question is same as what I assumed, then my answer is that the Accused shall have to appear to do some formalities.
But there wont be any fear of arrest, so dont worry; APPEAR
