Allotment of govt. accomadation

Acc. to service rules regarding allotment of govt. accomodation a type higher can be allotted to an employee at higher licence fee.I reside in govt. accomodation with my dad who was allotted this flat .upon his retirement can i get this flat on my name though My eligibility is for a type lower than our present flat type and within 3 years i shall get higher grade and be entitled to this type.

You will get accommodation as per your own entitlement. There are thousands of cases like you who shift to Type.II accommodations when their fathers/husband holding Type.III or IV accommodations retire/die.

But they are not responding positively .They are talking utterly nonsense things like we used to do this before but now if we do in your case,we'll face several rtis .So we are not doing this for past one year.
on filing Rtis they dnt answer the imp. part about no. n details of cases where a type is allotted. we dint pursue it to second level but gave a speed post asking for clarification but there was no reply and a lower type flat is alotted now .Now what should be done?a fresh rti and acceptance of flat or what?

If the RTI application is not answered, you can prefer an appeal to the application of RTI.

although rules provide they can give you higher accomodation on payment of higher licence fees if your request is granted it will open a pandora box .

there must be number of govt employees entitled to higher accomodation but not being alloted on account of shorthae of accomodation .

if govt cant grant them accomodation why should it make an exception in your case?
at present you are not even entiled to said accomodation as per your post .

Only the particular Rule can answer your reply.
Apparently you are not eligible for the present flat type.

@Deepakji first RTI was filed in October,followed by a letter asking for clarification ,can i pursue the same RTI in appeal now?

Particular rules do not provide so you are not entitled legally. No answer for illegal favouritism.
