what action is possible to such lawyer?

is it will be good to file a personal recovery suit for false statement has given tremendous mental tress? and the lawyer has miss guided the court to abuse the process of pure law.

if yes under what act and sect?

You are not clearly coming out with facts. You say it is about the thread head d.v. fact and burden. If it be so, then why are you not continuing your further queries in the same thread? Why are you unnecessarily opening fresh threads on the same matter?

Now you are able to post your query or additional query here. The first, third and fifth post in this thread is very good proof of that.
Similarly, post all your queries in the same thread i.e. d.v. fact and burden instead of opening new new threads for sub-queries on the same subject.
