Abusing using bad words

one of neighbor using bad words every day without any reason how can i make case on her

she don't want sail her house.
she don't want buy my house.
using very bad words. that we cant listen
please tell me
which section i have to for case
actually she is my aunt we are staying same house that house we cant sail others put one wall between only

Why you want the lady to sell her house to your or to buy yur house? Is there any compulsion that either she should buy your house or she should sell her house. If you want to sell, why not try the willing buyer through some property & Estates broker?
