About income certificate

Dear sir, I need two original income certificate in my name for my two sons.Because they need this certificate(in original) for govt. job.The job authority need original income .But I know two original income certificate(in my name) is not possible.I contacted with the SDM office and they told me that they can issue income certificate with same dispatch no( 2 copy original with exactly same details). Whether it is illegal to issue 2 income certificate( exactly same details)? If it is illegal what can I do?

You can submit two separate application and get two,or any numer of certficates you need.

If the rules permit, then only they will give two copies with one order number and date. It is sufficient. But for a govt. job, anyone can apply with copies of the necessary certificates but not in the original. At the time of issue of appointment only you have to produce the original certificates.
