Sir,
Application under 340cr pc r/w 195 of ipc filed in civil case seeking an inquiry of fake documents given by plaintiff.

Argument done, cititon given

Court not ordering and matter is pending since 25 years. Plaintiff also has done contempt of court.

Is the order passed with regard to the petition u/s 340 crpc. if not then ask the court to pass order and then challenge the order if it goes against you.
Since the main matter appears to be very old you may apply to high court for order of expeditious disposal of the case.

Court is not passing any orders on application 340 crpc given by us. Court has heard our laywer at length 3 months back but not passing order

Court has ordered the A.S to file misc. judicial case.

In misc. judicial case court has order for issue of notice.

Is it possible for NOTICE OF MOTION at this stage.
Can it be served to opponent Advocate
