A4 under 304b and 498a

hello all,

I am A5 under 304b, and currently in my company if my name is nominated for Onsite opportunity. How can I get out of this case coz it ll impact my visa procedure.
Current status of the case is: It didn't come to court and trail not yet started. We got only the number. On the whole this is a false case. Please suggest some way.

Since the case has not come to the court till date, what is your concern about it now?, if at all you may have to travel abroad due to service exigencies, you may obtain permission from the concerned court o travel abroad for a short period owing to your employment, you will certainly get permission, consult your lawyer and proceed.
