Take help of Employee's/trade unions, Local counsel specializing in Labor/Service matters.

As suggested by Mr.Sanjeev Kataria, approach authority if you are a workman.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 09 April 2017
The employees can file a petition before the Assitant labour commissioner of their area.

They can challenge the retrenchment in case of any rule violation.

Some experts are expert in commenting on other experts.
I do not like any comment on other experts, if I differ any point I do so with proper respect and honor.
I never initiate such comment / action, just try to contradict / reply when on me / on other experts in wrong way / unwanted / for satisfaction of ego.

Kumar Doab (Expert) 11 April 2017
Agreeing with Mr. Rajendar K Goyal, all affected employees may unite hands and approach the unions/trade unions and consult a very able counsel specializing in Labor/service matters.

Your counsel can help you to understand defects in action of employer, if any, and capitalize on it.
