I make the 498 A case on my sisters husband, father in law, mother in law, her husbands sister and brother in 2010. now i dont know what happened everything is going to close. and now the final judgement is on 30 nov. 2013.
Noe the matter is our p.p. not ask them any questions, no argument, so that we appoint the private advocate for this case because we want justice. just give me the suggestion on this matter.
my sisters sister in law was here and she was the main criminal in this case. but after this she goes to dubai. their adv. proves that she is not here on that period. police arrest her after on year.
only her passport will prove that she is here. so give me the suggestion for her her passport.

Your query is not clear.
If you wish to run after her passport then ask the court to put restrictions on her foreign travel.
If she is gone then ask for her attendance in default of which the court may issue W/A.

an application ought to have been made calling upon your sister in law to produce her original passport .

You are saying that the final judgement is on 30.11.13 means witness and arguments are Over. Your advocate must have moved application as advised above before it. Now consult whether at this stage such application can be moved or not if not moved already as he is the person who is aware of the case stage and case file.

hello, actually our case is going wrong.
my name is pravin kajale, i make the 498 A case on my sisters husband and his family who are guilty.
my sisters name is varsha vikas vinchurkar
criminal no.1 vikas t. vichurkar
criminal no.2 taranchand vichurkar
criminal no.3 mrs. nalini t. vichurkar
criminal no.4 kamlakar t. vichurkar
criminal no.5 mrs. sonali maid
from one year nothing is done in this case
only my sisters and my mothers statement are done. 313 done.
their lawyer prove that Sonali Maid is not present on that day she is at dubai. but she is there. we have no proof that show she is coming from dubai here. our P.P. Not make any cross of these criminals. all the time he is not available there.
Sonali maid was wanted in this case. after one year we help the police to arrest her. she is arrested after one year.
for judgement we got 30 nov. 2013 date. but at last movement we attend the private lawyer.
our private lawyer when checked all the documents in the court he said me that which documents i show him there are different documents like medical certificate and other documents.
now please help me what to do before 30 Nov. 2013
Is my Private lawyer ask Sonali maid for Passport or not.
main criminal in this case is Sonali Maid and they are prove that she is not here when this happened. Only her passport shows that she is here.
But Within these 30 days how my private lawyer make this .
Please help me how to do. can i do something if yes how?
