Good Evening Members!
I am the counsel for the complainant, who alreday examined in chief and cross as PW-1, it the junction for further evedence of complainant and I am intending to summon the Manager of complainant's Bank, who already citied as prosecution witness.
Whether I have to file a petition U/Sec.91 Cr.P.C praying the court to summon the Manager of complainant's Bank along with the Data in respect of cheque transaction through his Bank or I have to file a petition U/Sec. 482 Cr.P.C praying the court to summon the Manager or simply filing a Memo ? What is provision to call the Managar of the Bank for giving evedence on behalf of the complainant?

You need to file application under section 91 criminal procedure code for that purpose.
