claim settlement not done by national insurance co.

Dear Sir

Insurance co, has rejected my claim by saying that the claim amount is exceed its limit, but my insurance claim amount is less than sum assured. please guide me

There are somany hidden rules for a insurance claim. They will fix maximum ceiling for various categories. You have to check the terms and conditions.

Insurance co do not cover certain deceases. Check them if u fall within.

Show the claim submitted by you alongwith all attachments and declinature sent by company to your lawyer.

The company should pay the amount as per ceiling on Specific/Specified disease that was treated………and/or SA in the policy.

The declinature might be due to the reason that the Specific disease is not covered in the policy.

There exist minor clauses and limits in categories in policy. Refer the policy document in detail and if not satisfied file consumer complaint.
