access to mlr in trauma cases

can a treating surgeon of the patient can ask for copy the MLR of the same patient from the forensic expert of the same college and under which rule.

Any treating Doctor can demand this M.L.R. in rule of nature.There is no need to show any codified law.

The MLR even in medical science has many meanings.

Will you clarify exactly what do you mean by it?? And also the exact trouble you are facing.
