Xxxx has purchased a land in her name as Kumari Xxxx & profession as business.

Immediately after purchase of land she file a maintenance case (125 CRPC) against ZZZZ stating that Xxxx has no income & she is legally married wife of ZZZZ.

Can purchase deed can be cancelled for submission of false information ?

Can Xxxx be punished for submission of false information before court ?

How do you feel purchase of land a petitioner in a case u/s 125 Cr PC affect her status to became capable of self- sustaining person, who do not require any maintenance from her husband ? such hypothetical inference would not stand in facts / law.

Can a legally married woman i.e., a wedded wife be termed as "Kumari" ? I didn't find it appropriate as stated by you.

Disclosing the fact of purchase of a piece of land before the Court can not be termed as "false information" as stated.

Why and under which provision of law a legal land purchase transaction can be "cancelled" ? No.

Is there any information alleged to be "false" in a maintenance case, wherein the applicant/ wife has disclosed the fact of purchase of a piece of land?
No to my mind.
Accordingly where is the question of award of punishment to purchaser of land and petitioner seeking maintenance from her husband / respondent.

Hello,

You cannot cancel the agreement of land purchase of your wife. But you may file complaint for the prejury as your wife has conceal the professional income and file application under 125 of crpc.
