My sister working in a public limited company. She submitted a harassment complaint to the company 30 days back. Company has not taken any action on the complaint. Can we ask the status of complaint through RTI act?

A complaint could be made to the internal committee of the organisation or the local committee constituted under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013.

In the event of no response after waiting for considerable time, she may escalate the issue through some women forum and if need be through women commission or police.
