hai, i have one Question. my mother born in 1950, she have any right in his fathers property? i am in TamilNadu .thanks...

its depend on the death of the father of your mother, if he is alive and the property is ancestral then she has a right, if the property is self acquired and he died before 2005 then she has no right, if he died after 2005 then she has equal right as her brother.
