what is process of WILL PROCEDURE BY INDIVIDUAL PERSON OF THEIR OWN PROPERTY.& WHAT IS EXPENSES OF DIONG THIS THING.

1.Hire local lawyer;

2.Tell your fact;

3.In execution of WILL, there is no need to stamp duty;

4.Expenses in registration of WILL in UP is rs.150/= only and fees of lawyer as per contract between you;

5.Registration of WILL is not necessary, but in UP, WILL of agricultural land is must.

1)you have to decide how you want to bequeath your property to your various family members

2) appoint a executor of will

3) in plain language explain how you want your property to be beqeathed

4)have 2 witnesses of will

5) sgn the will in presence of 2 witnesses

6) registartion is not required but if you feel your will may be contested in future get it registered .

7) if you desire appoint lawyer to draft your will . expenses depend upon lawyer fees

Sir, I agree with the experts but I want to say that registration of will is preferable for the will maker.

well explain by the experts. But if it is under Hindu succession act then probate may be required in future for that registration is necessary so that the will not disputed by
anybody else.
