1). क्या मैं वसीयत के आधार पर दावा दे सकता हूँ?

जमीन कब्ज़े में नहीं है.
और वो रजिस्टर्ड भी नहीं है.

You can file a suit on the basis of will. You have to prove the title of the land was with the person who executed the will.

Yes, you can file suit for recovery of possession on the basis of Will.

साबित किस तरह से करना होंगा?

क्योंकि सबसे महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्न ये है

जमीन मालक और जिसके नाम वसीयत है वो दोनों भी अब इस दुनिया में नहीं रहे.

वसीयत जिनके नाम है,उनके वारस अभी है?

वसीयत जब लिखी गयी सिर्फ उस समय के गवाह और लिखने वाले व्यक्ति अभी जिंदा है.
