Where to appeal against interlocutory order of high court ??

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 25 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
I am confused that whether to approach High Court Double Bench or the District Judge or Trial Court or what else ???

And within how many days ??

And what precautions to be taken in general in a Civil case/property matter ?

Your query is the most vague one to say the least.
You did not indicate what was the order all about and in which type pf case it was passed.
If appeal lies from the order impugned then you have to prefer Misc Appeal under Order 43.
If it is under any other matter then Revision lies before the High Court under Article 227.

How on earth one could say the precautions to be taken unless you give a slightest of hint about the dispute.

u have to specify under what section, what order/ Is it 125 mtn or 18 or any other matter.
It depended on it
why cant u ask ur own adv, as he knows the case well. First of all whether it is appeal able order. It do have Limitations, depending on type of case. 30/60/90 days.
or in revision, Civil Appeal / HC.
