What should be done if any FIR u/s 420, 494, 177 ad 120 B is lodged against Punjab govt. pensioner and he has concealed the facts from the office.

After completion of the inquiry if he finds guilty then action will be taken as per the rules.

".................... and he has concealed the facts from the office." There is no legal requirement that the pensioner ought to have informed the office. Hence, why the question of suppression?
