Want to start legal practice - need help

Myself is Hemant Oke having completed BSc, LLB ( 3 Years ) DCM and MBA ..

Having served in Semi Govt for 10 years and then worked in Labour Law section for 2- years, use to attend labour court and with some access big lawyer office part time, learnt few things use to attend civil courts - BUT

For some reason or destiny was shifted to IT ( software ) spent almost 15 years there and currently decided voluntarily at home.
1. Now wanted to join some senior advocate and start a fresh in law practice mainly Civil , ready to work hard and exert and do whatever needed
2. Whats the process to get enrolled and get registered ( Sanad )
3. Seek advise about my decision and any kind of reference( advocates ) with whom probably I can start is appreciated.

You have not mentioned the desired place of practice. So far as enrollment with Bar Council of desired State is concerned, you have to purchase its prescribed form and has carefully to fill and have to deposit therein as per procedure mentioned therein. Further procedure follows.

So far your decision is concerned, you are best person to decide keeping in view your personal circumstances. One thing I can about our profession. It requires a lot of hard-work and patience. A new comer has to struggle for many years to attain a good monetary income from this profession. So you decide accordingly.

If you wish, you can come and join me.
