Want to know difference between lease dead and sale dead

I am a purchaser of house under construction by a government housing board. Earlier they intend to execute lease dead of plot but now they want to execute sale dead. I want to know difference between lease dead and sale dead, because of monetary burden.

1. After execution of sale deed, you are absoulte owner, and yoylu can transfer without permission of Board. Whereas in case of lease deed, you can't.
2.In case sale deed, no need to pay rent.
3.need for renewal of lease deed periodcally, where as sale deed,there is no need.

In addition to the information by Mr. Shailesh Shah, it can be added that lease deed is an authority to hold the property for a certain fixed period and the ownership remains with the lessor. After expiry of the lease deed, the lease may or may not be extended by renewal by the lessor at his discretion. On the other hand in the case of a sale deed, you become the absolute owner of the property.

Your query is just for menetary purpose. You shall have to arrange bigger amount for sale-deed because you are becoming owner of property whereas lesser amount is required in lease because you are going to become like tenant.
