If anyone does friendship with a committed girl and later complications arise with that committed girl of that person and the guy is not disturbing the girl anymore suddenly some friends of girl starts threatening that guy of killing and thrashes him badly and the girl didn't complained to any of the authorities.... so my question is that can criminal case be registered against these guys....?

Yes, Threatening and use abusive language are comes under the offence u/s 504, 506 of IPC, you should be filed criminal complaint against them.

thank you SIR for spending your valuable time for resolving my query and if the person is drunk whom the other people are beating and the poor guy doesn't have any proof.... what should be the procedure SIR....
