Victimization and charector assasination

SIR Iam a cetnral Govt. Medical officer in BARC, joined in 2003 at my age of 29 years.
Igot regular promotion in the year 2008 as SO/D . My wife is also a doctor as in my unit one lady MO wanted to go to another unit of DAE, i.e Kalpakkam. Eventually ADVERT. CAME FOR THE VACANCIES AT kALPAKKAM IN 2010. MY WIFE ALSO APPEARED FOR THE SAME INTERVEIW.
IN APRIL 2011 ANOTHER LADY MO JOINED RMP AND THE WAITING LADY MO TRANSFFERED TO KALPAKKAM. IN THE NYEAR NOVEMBER 2011 MY WIFE RECEIVED APPOINTMENT LETTER FOR KALPAKKAM. WHILE JOINING THE SUPERINTENDENT ASKED HER WHY YOUR UNIT WAS AGAINST YOU WHY THEY DENIED YOU. EVENTUALLY I CAME TO KNOW THAT MY OFFICER IN-CHARGE WENT FOR THE SAME INTERVIEW IN ORDER TO SELECT SUITABLE CANDIDATE FOR OUR UNIT , WHERE IF STRONGLY OPPOSED MY WIFE'S SELECTION. AS SHE WAS BETTER EVENTUALLY SHE GOT SELECTED.
KNOWING ALL THE STORY I APPLIED FOR TRANSFER TO KALPAKKAM IN 2012 BUT MY REQUEST WAS DECLINED THOUGH VACANCY WAS THERE. ORALLY THE AUTHORITIES TOLD ME THAT MY CR s are very poor and your people have spoiled your CRS. SO I WENT TO OUR PROJECT DIRECTOR BUT HE REFUETED THE CLAIM SAYING UR CRs ARE VERY GOOD AND ABOVE AND THE AUTHORITIES AT KALPAKKAM ARE LYING TO YOU.
THEN AS AN ALTERNATE I APPLIED FOR TRANSFER TO MUMBAI -OUR HEAD OFFICE, IN NOV.2012. FORM THERE ALSO SAME REPLY CAME AND THEY SAID YOUR CRs ARE SO MUCH SPOILED THAT NO ORGANIZATION WILL ACCEPT YOU.
AFTER THAT I AM SO MUCH IN CONFUSSION AND MIND HAS BECOME UNSTABLE I HAVE TWO SMALL KIDS 10 AND 5 YEARS MY MOTHER IS A CANCER PATIENT. I AM UNABLE TO DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION. SO MY QUERY IS HOW TO COME OUT OF IT.
IF I ASK MY CRS, THEN AGAIN I WILL BE TARGETED AND AGAIN MY TRANSFER WILL BE DELAYED.

If you have data, record, facts to establish that employer/reporting authority has been saying and writing untruthful things about you then you can establish that the authority has indulged in falsifying the record.


First of all generate irrefutable evidence.


You should succeed in getting an admission of error from appellate authorities.

You should succeed to prove the malicious intent.

you appear to hve taken no action so far to get the ACR set aside. It appears that CRs are below bench mark and not communicated
