Dear Sir,
Please clarify whether the loan agreements/documents dated & obtained on Public Holidays and Sundays a valid legal documents and enforceable in the court of law.
This discussion explores the legal validity of loan documents signed on public holidays and Sundays. While one view suggests such documents might not be valid if public transactions aren't accepted on these days, another perspective argues that documents are generally valid and enforceable as long as there are no specific legal prohibitions and the acts were done in good faith.

Your query seems to be academic. If banks or government offices or financial institutions work on public holidays due to workload. But they do not accept any public transactions. So not valid in my view.

Repeated query. See reply in original thread if it is not a hypothetical, academic and fabricated story.
As per my opinion, documents are valid and enforceable in a court of law.

As long as there is no prohibitions in law, any acts or deeds that is acted in good faith will always be valid and enforceable in Law.
