In Bengal there is no requirement for filing any Memo.

dear prabhakar,
eventhough,i am one among the expert panel of the honorable forum,I am not an advocate or qualified in law. However,whatever,I have learned from live through various fields,including from this forum is being used for the welfare of the society in my humble ways.
as part of my social work,I also support consumer cause by helping people in settling consumer issues.
In the process,I help people in submitting consumer complaints/running cases etc.
as such most of my questions in this topic are asked in a general way. In the instant case,I have seen many people using memorandum on many cases,for various situations.
if people like you could share your experience in such matters,it would be a good gesture.
