Update name in 7/12

Good Morning Experts,
The vacant land purchased by my father in the name of my mother from a landowner who has total 54 guntha land,from that we have purchased only 1000sq.fit of land and built up a room. Now My mother transferred this property on my name. I want to update my name on 7/12 .
In 7/12 there is total 54 guntha land in the name of landowner, So please help me how to update my name in 7/12 or in ferfar. Officer is not ready to update name either in 7/12 or ferfar.
Is it possible to update my name in 7/12 or ferfar?
If Yes then what it is the procedure?

You file an application to the concerned revenue officer with the document thru., which it is transferred to you.

It seems that the land was not transferred even in the name of your mother from the original landowner so first of all on the basis of the registered sale-deed of your mother, the mentioned share of that land is to be got transferred in the mutation in the name of your mother and thereafter on the basis of registered document of transfer executed between your mother and you shall become the base for the transfer in your name in 7/12 extracts.

Better to engage a local lawyer for this purpose.
