The photo was taken in a studio (couple)not vulgar.
Now my wife says that i blackmailed with that photo to marry me So they say it was under influence.Dear sirs i have done nothing wrong i loved her a lot and now too.My advocate says the courts are girl's side only so not to defend the case.I do not believe his words please reply me experts.
The marriage was in registrar office and i fulfilled all the requirements for the marriage.

if your wife wants a divorce agree for divorce by mutual consent . draw consent terms and settle all pending issues .
if you want to fight the case filed by your wife you are free to do so .

if u want to continue the relation in a family, u need to solve the pending issues, if any, instead of contesting in case.
if u want to break them, u need to contest the case.
anyhow u consult an advocate from your area, for better solution.

I have different opinion. As your marriage is registered with registrar of marriages so your wife cannot claim that this is the photograph only upon which you are claiming your marriage with her. She can very well be falsified on the basis of certificate of marriage which can be duly proved by summoning the record of Registrar while your evidence.
So far as role of your lawyer is concerned, he might be trying to say that your wife may also lodge false criminal cases against you apart from maintenance and so on but my opinion is different on this point also.
A lady who has filed a petition/suit seeking annulment of her alleged marriage shall not file such cases because in that event she shall admit her lawful marriage which shall go against her whole case.
In nutshell, defend your case vigorously and effectively.
