I would like to know whether a person can become a trustee of two public trusts, religious or charitable? If no, what are the consequences?

A trustee can become trustee of another trust if there is no conflict of interest. Indian Trust Act does not make any bar on it.

There is no legal hurdl if a person becomes of trustee of as many as he can be.
