Can any one please tell me what will be the rate of duty attracted on the formation of a public trust in West Bengal where the settlor is contributing Rs 10000 initially.... Urgent !!!!

Rs.50/- is the tam duty and the registration fees is Rs 180/- if registered in WB, RA office of DSR Office.
