Rather what has to be established to prove tresspassing?riven

If any person has unauthorizedly possessed any property, he is trespasser and circumstances he better knows why and how he trespassed. His action/status can only be provide through documentary as well as oral evidence as provided in CPC as well as Law of Evidence.riven
