accused is from Tamilnadu, case is pending in Mysore Court proceeding all are in Kanada. can accused ask for translated Copy of the proceedings. accused dont know Kanada Language. accused counsel also doesnot know Kanada.

Case cannot be transferred merely on this ground. Court is bound to provide documents of case to you in your mother language so demand the same through your lawyer and peruse your case perfectly.

You have right to ask for a translated copy in your language desired by a petition/application to be moved before the court but this alone does not make it necessity to transfer the case.
