My father has bought a property some 20 years ago. He has not written any will. Since he is no more, can my mother transfer the property in her name. Please answer my below questions.
1) The legal heir certificate contains the name of me, my mom and my grandfather(he is no more)
2) Is there any possibility of my father's brothers objecting the property transfer since there is my grandpa's name in the legal heir certificate so that they are also entitled for the property?
3) What are the docs (original/duplicates) required while going for registration?
4) Is it still possible for us to proceed without the knowledge of my father's brothers since we have got a NOC from my grandpa?

as per your query, purely your father self earned property so you and your mother only having rights of the property, even though if you proved that your father self earned property so no one cant ask question. you submit original after registration they will return back the original.if you possible get net legal heirs certificate then produce new certificate to the register office.
